Adventist Health Glendale’s CalFresh Healthy Living Team is hosting a free, 5-week Winter Wellness Series at Cerritos Park. Join us for a Zumba fitness class, nutrition class focused on simple strategies for healthy eating, and a healthy food demonstration.

Participants will receive a free nutrition workbook and $5 Trader Joe’s gift card while supplies last. All are welcome to attend!
